In 2008 Art Vinyl teamed up with Coventry Arts Centre to present a retrospective of sleeve art from the past 50 years.

The end result didn’t necessarily show how the art form had improved, more how it had evolved from the more basic designs in the 60’s through to big budgets in the 70’s and onto todays designers who have the ease of technology at their finger tips to create original designs.
